VoxConvert - Video to MP3

1. Introduction

RH Studio ("RH Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent app developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the mobile application VoxConvert - Video to MP3 (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store and other supported app marketplaces.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

VoxConvert is built to do almost everything on your device. The information touchpoints below cover the full picture of what is, and is not, collected.

3. How We Use Information

• To serve and, where permitted, personalize advertisements shown to free-tier users.
• To process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the App and protect it from abuse (via Firebase App Check).
• To understand general, aggregated usage patterns in order to improve the App's stability and features.

4. Permissions Explained

The App does not request or access precise/background location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, health data, or biometric data.

5. Advertising & Google AdMob

The free version of VoxConvert displays banner, native, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other device/usage signals to show relevant ads and measure their performance, subject to Google's own privacy practices.

You can opt out of personalized/interest-based advertising at any time through your device's Google Settings → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization." Opting out does not stop ads from appearing, but they will be less tailored to your interests.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Optional Premium features and subscriptions are billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. RH Studio never sees, collects, or stores your card details, billing address, or any other payment information — that data is handled directly by Google Play under Google's own privacy and payment terms.

Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled through your Google Play account (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions).

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. The only third parties that may process limited data in connection with the App are:

• Google AdMob — advertising delivery and measurement.
• Google Play Billing — purchase and subscription processing.
• Firebase / Google App Check — app integrity and security verification.

If additional SDKs are integrated in the future (for example, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or another ad network), this Privacy Policy and the Play Console Data Safety form will be updated to reflect that change.

8. Data Storage & Security

All media conversion, cutting, vocal removal, silence removal, and enhancement processing happens locally on your device. Your audio/video files are never uploaded to any server operated by RH Studio.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data associated with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage — including those used by our third-party service providers — is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Your local conversion history and settings remain on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App — at which point this data is permanently deleted.

Because most data never leaves your device, there is generally nothing for us to delete on our end. If you have any questions about data associated with your use of the App, or wish to submit a deletion request, you may email us at riderhunter301@gmail.com. Please note that any advertising-related data held by Google (such as your Advertising ID activity) is retained according to Google's own retention policies, independent of RH Studio.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

VoxConvert is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at riderhunter301@gmail.com so that we can investigate and, if necessary, remove such information.

11. Your Rights (GDPR / EEA / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we (or our service providers) hold that relates to you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including for advertising purposes.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

12. Your Rights (CCPA / California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Sharing of your Advertising ID with Google AdMob for advertising purposes may be considered "sharing" under the CCPA.

You can opt out via your device's Google Ads Settings ("Opt out of Ads Personalization") as described in Section 5, or by contacting us at riderhunter301@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

13. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers (such as Google) may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where this occurs, those providers apply appropriate safeguards in line with their own privacy and compliance frameworks.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date / Last Updated" field at the top of this page, and material changes may also be noted within the App itself. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. App Marketplace Compliance Statement

VoxConvert and this Privacy Policy are designed to comply with applicable app marketplace developer program policies and content guidelines — including the Google Play Developer Program Policies (such as the User Data policy and, where applicable, the Families Policy) and the developer policies of any other marketplace through which the App is distributed. We are committed to keeping our data practices and disclosures aligned with these platform requirements.
